Only over 25 years old *. Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks. Casa Arco Iris is a beautiful villa with a private pool, located in the romantic countryside of Sayalonga, just 20 minutes from the Mediterranean coast.

The villa features a spacious outdoor area, including a terrace with a table and six chairs, perfect for finding shade in the summer.

There's also a covered barbecue area with a large bench.

The living room opens to the terrace and pool, offering a fireplace, air conditioning, and German satellite TV.

The dining area connects to the living room, terrace, and fully equipped kitchen, which includes a gas stove, large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. The villa has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), and a large wardrobe.

The second double bed measures 1.40 m x 1.90 m.

Both double bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, which leads to the private pool and covered barbecue area.

Air conditioning (hot/cold) is available in all bedrooms, the living room, and the dining area, along with ample built-in wardrobes.

The pool is 8 meters long, 4 meters wide, and 2 meters deep. The pool season is usually from 1 April to 31 October. Security deposit to be paid on arrival. Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement. Electricity costs for houses with air conditioning/heating: Meter reading on arrival and departure.

Excessive usage (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will incur an additional charge of €0.39 per kW on site.

Expected usage is 70-200 kW/ per week with moderate consumption.
