The Ibiza-style vacation home is part of a well-kept resort and can accommodate 5 people with an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with air-conditioning) and 2 bathrooms.
Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a cot, a high chair (on request) and a parking area.
Small pets are welcome.

The nearest beach of Cala Serena is a 3-minute walk away, while restaurants and shops are 5 minutes away by car. The parking area has video surveillance with recording. Charging electric cars is not permitted within the urbanization. Please note that as per law no fires allowed between the 1st of May to the 15th of October.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich . Die Gegend wunderschön, sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist sehr nah gelegen.
Die überdachte Terrasse konnte immer genutzt werden.
Die Waschmaschine konnte genutzt werden.
Wäscheständer , Sonnenschirme für den Strand, …. Alles vorhanden.
Die Matratzen sind total durchgelegen.
Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr spärlich , die Messer haben gar nicht geschnitten.
Im unteren Bad roch es immer sehr nach Abfluss. Bei Starkregen ist das Dach an drei
Stellen etwas undicht .
Der Fernseher war leider nicht eingerichtet.

Sehr einfaches und unkompliziertes Check-In und Check-Out mit den Vermietern per WhatsApp. Sehr gute Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten zu einem Badestrand.
Die Wohnung selbst war allerdings leider in einem mittelmäßigen Zustand. Dreckiges Geschirr und dreckiger Boden sowie überall fremde Haare in der Wohnung verteilt. Jeden Morgen war im Badezimmer ein unangenehmer Geruch vom Abfluss. Die Matratzen waren schon sehr durchgelegen und die Betten daher nicht mehr bequem.

We really enjoyed our little house. It was tidy, well kept, and felt like we were vacationing in Spain.
