The five suites all have full en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, showers and even jacuzzi bathtubs and power showers.
All have spectacular sea views with direct access to the terrace plus: State of the art Televisions, Bluetooth speakers, hairdryers, independent air conditioning, phone chargers and most have ceiling fans. The main suite also has a private terrace onto the sea plus an enormous walk-through dressing room as well as an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and access to a second bathroom with massage shower.
The main suite also has in addition to the large bed a double futon sofa bed. In total the villa has 6 bathrooms plus a guest bathroom and a separate WC in the heated Jacuzzi chill out lounge. The Living Room has international satellite TV all to be viewed on a state of the art gigantic 75-inch TV Flat screen with a Denon Home Cinema System plus Bose speakers and a Play Station 3. For children a special childproof fence for the pool is available. The Chill Out Lounge with its large, heated Jacuzzi and spectacular sea views is ideal for indulging in cocktails and sipping champagne! The villa is cleaned by one of the most professional companies in Mallorca. Palma is 15-minute drive away. A short drive away you will find: Western Water Park, a great family waterpark inspired in the Wild West, Katmandu a surprising activity park voted the second best in Spain! a go-kart track and the highly entertaining Pirates Adventure Show.

More calm and tranquil working or reading can be done in the separate study. The villa has parking for four cars. The kitchen is fully equipped and has three fridges, two Nespresso coffee machines, a 90 cm professional oven and many extra and personal touches.
