Only the guests specified in the contract are permitted on the property. Children, infants and babies must also be specified as individual persons. In case of overcrowding, Bookiply or the host is entitled to demand additional payment for the respective period of time. The landlord is also entitled to expel the excess persons from the property.
This very cozy and well equipped holiday home can be reached very comfortably by concrete or asphalt roads, only the last 30 meters are on a flat and easy dirt road leading to the front door of this holiday home. The next place Cómpeta - one of the famous white villages of Andalusia - is also accessible on foot in about 15 minutes, a big advantage as you don't always have to use a rental car. But then it's uphill again, something that of course is a bit more strenuous. Apart from the good accessibility and the proximity to the next village, this holiday home can also be recommended for its very private atmosphere and the great view to the Mediterranean Sea, the Maroma (with 2,065 m the highest mountain in the area), Competa and on especially clear days even to the coast of Africa. In addition, most of the plot is level, so there is enough space for games and the like.
From the covered, shady terrace in front of the house you can reach the glass greenhouse, which is especially pleasant in the transition period. You can sit in the sun and you will be protected as well as sheltered from the wind, sometimes quite cold still enjoying the great view to the place Cómpeta and the Mediterranean Sea. From the winter garden you enter the living room where you can enjoy the German SAT TV, a stereo and for the colder season, in addition to the central heating, a fireplace is also available. In the living room you can use the air conditioning recently installed in 2016 for a weekly fee of 21, - Euro. The corresponding remote control will be given to you after payment of the fee by the administrators or on the day of your arrival by the person in charge of handing over the keys.
In the kitchen you will find everything (coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, enough cutlery...) what you need for a relaxing and recreational holiday. Behind the kitchen there is a very practical storage room, where you can also find the washing machine.
Two bedrooms, one with a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.0 m) and the other with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.0 m), which can also be put together, allow 4 adults a very pleasant and relaxed stay in Andalusia that is worth seeing. From the bedroom with the double bed you have access to a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a second bathroom.
The pool area is, like the whole holiday house, very private and you have a great view to the sea, to the place Cómpeta which you can reach on foot in about 5-10 minutes and to the mountains of La Axarquía. Of course there is enough space to enjoy the peace and quiet and to recover from the daily stress, as well as an outside shower. The barbecue area with the charcoal grill is located in front of the house.
We would like to point out that as a rule we cannot accept any bookings with booking gaps of more than 2-3 days maximum. The holiday home must therefore be free for up to 2 days before any arrival and after any departure; otherwise, at least 7 days.
General information
Renting a car or a private car is mandatory, as this holiday home is located in the countryside, there are no street names and it is not accessible by public transport. The property is private and although there are houses in the area, none are in the immediate vicinity.

Internet (WLAN): 4,- Euro per day, payable in cash on site
Your on-site support speaks German, English and Spanish. We will meet you at an easy to find place, drive with you to your holiday home, hand you the keys and tell you all the special features of the house and the surroundings. If there should be any problem, we will be at your disposal by e-mail and/or telephone.
Due to legal regulations in Andalusia we need the following information from all tenants before arrival: First name, surname, sex, date of birth, ID number and the date of issue as well as the e-mail address and mobile phone number of the main tenant for contact purposes.
Please note: keys can be handed over on the day of arrival from 16:00 to 22:00. After 22:00 there is a night supplement of 50, - Euro and between 24:00 and 01:00 there is a night supplement of 80, - Euro. It is NOT possible to hand over the keys or to arrive at the house when your flight lands after 23:00 as scheduled. So if you have a night flight arriving later than 23.00 in Malaga we recommend you to book a hotel room directly at the airport!
This property requires a deposit of €400 in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, once it has been found that there are no damages, within a maximum period of 2 weeks.
If you bring a dog with you (if allowed according to the property description), a deposit of 200,- Euro and 8,- Euro per night of additional rent will be charged. Please inform us BEFORE booking about the dog breed/type, size, long or short hair!
Note on electricity costs for houses with air conditioning and/or electric heating: On your arrival and departure day we read the electricity meter together with you. If the consumption is higher than the amount included in the rental price (150 kw per week or 21,5 kw per day for stays of more than one week), an additional payment in cash on site (0,39 Euro per kw) is due for this consumption part. With economical or reasonable electricity consumption you can expect about 150 kw per week.
