In case of overcrowding, Holidu or the host is entitled to demand additional payment for the respective period of time. The landlord is also entitled to expel the excess persons from the property.
You rent a detached and spacious property here in Andalucia on the Costa del Sol with a large private pool and lots of other amenities and yet you are not even 10 minutes away from the next beach in El Morche by rental car and that over almost completely concrete roads. Ideal for those who don't want to drive into the mountains because of the bends and still want their own house with pool.
A big part of the nearly 4.000 sqm big property is a flat area, so that one does not have to climb stairs and still has a lot of space to play. From el Morche, a small coastal place at the Costa del Sol that belongs to Torrox, one drives less than 10 minutes through a mostly agricultural area on relatively good paths of approximately 100 metres in altitude up to Casa Eladio. There you reach the holiday home through an electrically opening gate. As the holiday house is not located very high and therewith one does not have to make any great curves to Casa Eladio, the sea view is of course different from the ones of the holiday houses in Sayalonga or Cómpeta. But therefore, one drives only approximately 5 minutes to the next place el Morche and barely 10 minutes to the next beach. Larger supermarkets such as Mercadona, Aldi, SuperSol or Lidl can be found in Torrox Costa after a 5 - 10 minute drive.
The highway A7, which is about 300 m in direct line from the house could be heard in the front outside area of Casa Eladio, if the wind is unfavorable, but at the same time you are also really close to the sea.
Everything has its advantages and disadvantages.
In the large living room of Casa Eladio there is German SAT-TV for the hot days of the year and air conditioning (warm/cold). The adjoining winter garden with its many seating areas is probably the most used room, because here you can sit and enjoy the sun in the winter and in the summer you can always feel a little bit of wind with open glass doors. The more than adequately equipped kitchen, from which you also have a beautiful view of the pool terrace, can be accessed through the conservatory. In former times the kitchen was right next to the main entrance door (this is now the single room). But as it was much too small, it was later moved to the annex, which is more than practical today.
Here there are two bedrooms with double beds; one of them is equipped with a large built-in closet. In both bedrooms there are also ceiling fans. Additionally, there is a small single room, so that a total of 5 persons will find enough sleeping places here.
There is "only" a shower bath with toilet and a separate guest toilet in the house, but at the pool there is another shower bath with toilet in an annex, so that there should also not be any traffic jams in the mornings in front of the toilets.
The large pool is located directly in front of the conservatory, so you don't have to go down or up stairs to get to the pool and the large terrace around the pool. There is an outdoor shower and plenty of sun beds and seating on the terrace.

We would like to point out that as a rule we cannot accept any bookings with booking gaps of more than 2-3 days maximum. The holiday home must therefore be free for up to 2 days before any arrival and after any departure; otherwise, at least 7 days.

Renting a car or a private car is mandatory, as this holiday home is located in the countryside, there are no street names and it is not accessible by public transport. The property is private and although there are houses in the area, none are in the immediate vicinity.

Your on-site support speaks German, English and Spanish. We will meet you at an easy to find place, drive with you to your holiday home, hand you the keys and tell you all the special features of the house and the surroundings. If there should be any problem, we will be at your disposal by e-mail and/or telephone.
Due to legal regulations in Andalusia we need the following information from all tenants before arrival: First name, surname, sex, date of birth, ID number and the date of issue as well as the e-mail address and mobile phone number of the main tenant for contact purposes.
Please note: keys can be handed over on the day of arrival from 16:00 to 22:00. After 22:00 there is a night supplement of 50, - Euro and between 24:00 and 01:00 there is a night supplement of 80, - Euro. It is NOT possible to hand over the keys or to arrive at the house when your flight lands after 23:00 as scheduled. So if you have a night flight arriving later than 23.00 in Malaga we recommend you to book a hotel room directly at the airport!
This property requires a deposit of €400 in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, once it has been found that there are no damages, within a maximum period of 2 weeks.
If you bring a dog with you (if allowed according to the property description), a deposit of 200,- Euro and 8,- Euro per night of additional rent will be charged. Please inform us BEFORE booking about the dog breed/type, size, long or short hair!
Note on electricity costs for houses with air conditioning and/or electric heating: On your arrival and departure day we read the electricity meter together with you. If the consumption is higher than the amount included in the rental price (150 kw per week or 21,5 kw per day for stays of more than one week), an additional payment in cash on site (0,39 Euro per kw) is due for this consumption part. With economical or reasonable electricity consumption you can expect about 150 kw per week.
