Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und ein architektonisches Kleinod,
es ist funktional, sehr modern und hell, man hat aus ganz vielen Perspektiven einen tollen Blick auf das Wasser.
Im Innenbereich ist es hochwertig und komfortabel ausgestattet, alles ist sehr gut durchdacht.

Der Zugangscode zum Türsafe kam erst einen Tag nach Urlaubsbeginn an und wäre der Safe nicht zufällig offen gewesen, wäre es am Tag der Anreise schwierig geworden, denn der Verwalter meldete sich auf Anfrage per mail nicht.
Vor Ort gab es keinen Ansprechpartner, nur eine Telefonnummer in Rostock, ...
