In the popular holiday region of Cadiz, this apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Mayo (accessible via a spiral staircase), a holiday home with a total of 3 apartments and a bigger house. Consisting of a living/dining area with sofa bed and adjacent, well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom, the apartment accommodates up to 3 people (max. 2 adults and a child). Further equipment includes Wi-Fi and a television. The highlight is the well-kept outdoor area used together with other guests of the villa, which provides a pool, a roofed, furnished terrace and a grill – the perfect place for relaxed holidays. Directly in front of the entrance of the apartment there is also a small, furnished balcony available for private use. Shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars can be reached in a few minutes by car. The nearest beach in a small, quiet bay is 1.7 km or 6 minutes by car away.
