The house consists of 3 apartments, which are all spacious and well-maintained and ideal for those who want a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

The 3-room apartment is on the first floor and has a light-flooded living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed and a single bed) and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 7 people.

Wi-Fi and cable TV are also included.

From your private and spacious terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view over the Mediterranean landscape of Elba and to the sea.

In the spacious communal garden, surrounded by palm trees and cypress trees, a barbecue invites you to have meals together outdoors.

Apart from a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in Capoliveri, 2.5 km away, and the two beaches already mentioned can be reached in just 3 minutes by car. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request, for an additional fee). Bed linen and towels are available on request and for an additional fee.
