The family-friendly Villa Leida is located in a quiet residential area in Cala Blanca, about 5 km from the centre of the Menorcan capital Ciutadella de Menorca.

The light-flooded holiday home has a living room with sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and can accommodate 8 people.

Facilities include air conditioning (only in the living room), cable TV, a baby cot and a highchair.

The outdoor area with a covered terrace with barbecue and dining table as well as a pool with sun loungers leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to relax.

The house also has a roof terrace with sea views.

The air conditioning is only in the living room, but the house is quite cool in general. During the Sant Joan festivities (more or less from 22nd to 27th June), the owner would accept reservations from groups of young people with this conditions: - If there are any members of the group who are under 18, they will have to present proof of parental responsibility. - Also, as a precaution, an extra deposit of 400€ will be paid in addition to the already set deposit of 360€ (total 760€).
