Casa Poggibonsi al Mar - just a few steps from the beautiful beach of Cala Llombards. Newly built, or completely rebuilt, in a privileged location of Cala Llombards. The house has an excellent infrastructure.

On the ground floor there is the open living and dining area with an adjoining open kitchen.
A bedroom with double bed and a bathroom is available on the ground floor.
On the upper floor there is the master bedroom with access to the terrace. Both the terrace and the bedroom offer a fantastic view of the sea.
The bedroom on the first floor receives in addition to the normal bathroom.

From the terrace an open staircase leads to the roof terrace. From here you can see over the sea to Es Pontas and direction to Cala Santanyi and the open sea.... Both terraces are equipped with sun loungers.

All living- and bedrooms are air conditioned.

In the garden is the pool and sun terraces too. The pool has the longest track 7.30 m and at the narrowest point 3.25 m. With a wide entrance, it will be about 25 m2 surface, with a depth of up to 2,20 m.

A hatch opens the kitchen to the patio/ terrace, there is a BBQ-grill with gas, so that the summer kitchen can easily be opened.

An outdoor dining area is available. Also from the garden there are partial sea views.

Especially at the Casa Poggibonsi is not only the wonderful view of the sea. About 50 meters from the entrance of the house is a staircase from which you can reach with 80 steps a bathing place (rock plateau) in the Cala Llombards. There are bathing ladder attached in the bathing season. The fine sandy beach of Cala Llombards where there is a Chiringito, can be reached after about 3 minutes walk.

At Cala Llombards there are sun loungers and parasols available for hire.

The southeast of Mallorca is known for its beautiful beaches and coves. Here life is original but due to the well-organized infrastructure, the stay in the area around Santanyi is very pleasant. Restaurants and cafes can be found in the village, children's playgrounds, football field and paddle courts. The market on Wednesdays and Saturdays in Santanyi is well known and loved throughout the island.

Saltwater pool: no seawater pool, natural salt instead of chlorine.

To prepare pool water, you do not necessarily need chlorine. A pool with a salt system does this job with salt!
The chloride from the salt causes the destruction of bacteria, viruses, algae and other organic materials.
The light salinity in the water is soothing to the skin - especially for people with chlorine sensitivities.
The salt content is reduced to a minimum and is not comparable to seawater, which has a much higher salt concentration!
