It has a covered terrace, garden furniture, a built-in barbecue and a pool, which provides a welcome refreshment on hot summer days. In about 5 minutes by car you reach Santanyí with its restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping facilities.
The next beach, Playa de Santanyí, can be reached in 12 minutes by car, the beautiful natural beach S'Amarador, with its fine sand and turquoise blue water, is about 20 minutes away by car. Parking spaces are available on the property.

Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Pool.
Technische Ausstattung überaltert. Das Haus wurde nicht gut gesäubert, das Geschirr war auch dreckig. Das Raumklima war muffig und feucht.
Estancia acogedora, intima y tranquila. La anfitriona excelente.
