La Casa de la Dehesa is a beautiful three-story Mediterranean holiday home, perfect for a peaceful family getaway.
Rental is exclusively for families and adults over 35 years old. Groups of young people and parties are not permitted, and quiet hours must be respected from 10:00 p.m. Located in Conil de la Frontera, close to both the center and the beach, the house is part of a quiet complex with a communal garden and pool.
It accommodates up to 6 guests and features a bright living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, 3 bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), and another bathroom.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a crib, and a high chair. The living room opens onto a furnished, fenced terrace—ideal for outdoor dining.
There is also a balcony and a rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. La Fontanilla beach is a 10-minute walk away, the supermarket is 250 m away, and the center with restaurants, bars, and cafés is 1.2 km away. The property offers 2 private parking spaces.

The communal pool is open approximately from mid-May to late September, depending on the weather.
