The Apartment Argüelles is located in the north of the popular coastal town Cádiz and enchants guests with its location in the historical old town directly on the sea. It is situated in a beautiful town house built in 1789, which was restored in 2008 and impresses visitors with its historic charm in combination with its ultra-modern furnishings.
The light-flooded holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large living-dining room with a natural stone arch, which leads to a fully-equipped kitchen.
The property can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Other amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and a television.
From the 5 French balconies (one in the master bedroom, 3 in the living room, 1 in the smaller bedroom) you can enjoy a fantastic view of the bay which is only a few meters from the house.
You reach the next supermarket after 180 m or a 2-minute walk and a large selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are in the direct surroundings.
Guests can walk to the city beach, Playa de la Caleta, in 18 minutes (or in 1.4 km). Parking is available on the street.
A larger car park is a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

This apartment is in a wonderful location looking out over the sea, with lots of windows it is filled with light. The decor is stylish and interesting and comfortable. Walkable to everything with good restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend a stay.

We had a very special four days in this beautiful apartment located a short stroll into the centre of the old town. It is stylish, comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The town beach is definitely worth a visit and likewise the bustling town market where we bought fresh fish and vegeta...
