The Mediterranean Villa Nina is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small town of La Padula Sicca.
It consists of 2 holiday apartments and exudes Italian flair.

Wi-Fi is available for a fee. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. On your private terrace you can spend relaxing evenings with a meal and a glass of wine or use the barbecue in the shared garden, which is 1200 m² in size.
The accommodation is perfect for those who are looking for a holiday home close to beautiful beaches.
The sea can be reached in only 300 m. The fantastic white sandy beach of Spiaggia Isuledda with its turquoise, crystal clear waters can be reached in 2.1 km or 6 minutes by car. The centre of San Teodoro, which is 7 km away, offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés and you can reach it in only 12 minutes by car. Parking is available on the street.

La maison était spacieuse, soignée, toute neuve et le jardin magnifique. Grande salle de bain très pratique.
Pas de cafetière , trop peu de couverts et de verres (pas suffisant pour une seule journée à 4) nous obligeant à faire tourner le lave vaissselle tous les jours mais peu rempli.

Die Terrasse ist einmalig. In der Nähe sind tolle Strände und San Teodoro ist ein sehr nettes Städtchen, nicht zu touristisch.
Die Küche hätte noch mit etwas mehr Basics ausgestattet sein können.
