The ground floor holiday apartment decorated in maritime colours consists of a light-flooded living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include fans, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a television. Outside, you will find two covered terraces with rustic wooden roof beams and equipped with dining areas - one is equipped with a grill and the other is elegantly furnished with a cushioned lounge area, beige curtains and on an open area perfect for sunbathing below the clear blue sky. From here you also have a beautiful view of the turquoise water of the Mediterranean Sea in the distance - a perfect spot for cosy, romantic evenings. Due to the apartment’s optimal location, a stunning lookout point over the coastline is just a 2-minute walk or 120 m away while a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as the popular beach of Baja Sardinia, are a 7-minute walk or 500 m from the property. Here, lying on the golden sands of the beach, you will quickly leave the stress of everyday life behind you.
The famous Phi beach is just a 3 min drive away. Porto Cervo is 7 km away (10 min drive) and San Pantaleo is 13.9 km (15 min drive) away.
