In the southeast of the popular Balearic island Mallorca, in Calonga near Santanyí, the beautiful, 2-storey Finca S'Alzina is located in a very quiet, idyllic environment. Surrounded by nature and lush vegetation, the Mallorcan country house with stone walls exudes a relaxed holiday atmosphere and is suitable for anyone looking for a holiday with absolute privacy. On the ground floor, the charming villa has one comfortable living room, one dining room, one very well-equipped kitchen with a fireplace, one bedroom as well as one bathroom while the upper floor consists of another living room, 3 bedrooms, and one bathroom. The entire property can therefore accommodate 8 people. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, 2 televisions (one with satellite TV and one with Smart TV), 2 baby beds and 2 highchairs. The 8000 m² property impresses its guests with a 50 m² private pool, a huge sun terrace, a brick barbecue area, a covered terrace and outside showers. Relax on the sun loungers under palm trees and enjoy the calming view of nature and the blue sea on the horizon. You reach a supermarket after 2 km or a 5-minute drive and a variety of restaurants with local specialities is only 650 m or a 7-minute walk from the accommodation. If you are longing for a beautiful sandy beach, you will find Cala d'Or bay with its turquoise blue water and white sandy beaches after only 5 km or a 9-minute drive.

Parking is available on the property and on the road.
Groups of guests under 30 years of age are not allowed in the house.
