Situated just a 10-minute walk from the beach in Rincón de la Victoria, Villa El Búho is a luxurious home with a stunning pool and outdoor area. Stretching across 3 floors, the holiday home combines natural stone, wooden accents and traditional art pieces to create a rustic yet elegant atmosphere and consists of a living/dining room with a piano and chandelier, an open-plan, well-equipped kitchen with a cooking island, 4 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 room with a double bed and a single fold-out bed, 1 room with 2 double beds and a single bed) as well as 4 bathrooms. The villa can therefore accommodates 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, a fireplace and a children's bed. The highlight is the outdoor area, which offers everything you could hope for in a vacation home. In the morning, begin your day with a fresh coffee on your veranda and admire the beautifully-landscaped front lawn. On warm afternoons, sunbathe by the large pool (available all year round) in absolute privacy and refresh yourself with a dip in the cool water or a quick rinse under the outdoor shower. Prepare delicious meals on your barbecue and have romantic dinners on your terrace, where you have a spectacular view of the Mediterranean sea. Thanks to its optimal location, a beautiful, sandy beach and a collection of restaurants are 1 km or a 10-minute walk away. Here you can enjoy the fine sand of the Andalusian coast. There is also a lovely golf course just a short drive from the property for golf enthusiasts!

Please note that groups under 25 years old will not be accepted - the house is ideally suited for families. There are parking spaces for maximum 3 cars on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed for an extra fee of 25 euros. Please respect the neighbors and the quiet hours. Parties are strictly forbidden at this property.

Please note that the deposit must be paid by transfer prior to arrival. The owner will refund this amount also by bank transfer between 24 and 48 hours after departure.
