Located in the town of the same name close to the beach, the holiday apartment Novo Sancti Petri is on the 1st floor of a gorgeous residential complex with an extensive pool area. The apartment with eclectic and colorful decoration consists of a living space, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a television and a sun umbrella and beach chairs to take with you to the beach. In the communal outdoor area, sunbathe on the terrace in comfortable loungers and refresh yourself in the generous pool, which also includes a children’s area. On your private terrace and balcony, you can start the morning with a fresh cup of coffee or round off your evenings with a glass of red wine. While a selection of local restaurants and shops are within walking distance, a diverse array of cultural activities and bars are about 8 km away in the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera. The gorgeous beach Playa de La Barrosa, which stretches along the coast for kilometers, is about a 10-minute walk from your front door.

One parking space is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. A baby sitter can be provided upon request and for an extra fee. The pool is open all year round, but the lifeguard is only there during high season. Pets are not allowed. Please respect the neighbors.
