Wonderful apartment less than 250 m from Cala Ferrera beach and very close to Cala Serena, two beautiful coves with turquoise waters.
On the first floor of a two-storey building with an outdoor area and shared pool, the apartment accommodates up to 2 guests.
It has a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with single beds and a full bathroom. It offers all the comforts for a perfect holiday: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV, washing machine, coffee maker and hairdryer, plus a cot and high chair.
Outside, a furnished balcony is ideal for relaxing. A supermarket and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away.
Street parking is available.
Bed linen and towels are included. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR WINTER STAYS Please note that the shared pool is closed from November to March inclusive.
Most restaurants and businesses in the area are also closed during the winter low season. However, Mallorca has a special charm in winter.
It is a wonderful time to enjoy nature, discover its mountains, explore its trails and relax away from the crowds.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, spectacular scenery and a more authentic island experience, you will fall in love with Mallorca in winter!

From verified guest, Aug 2023
