The 2-room apartment REEDER's TOPP is a spacious apartment with approx. 70 sqm living space or 80 sqm floor space and a really spectacular view of the harbour, Schlei and Baltic Sea ... It is located in the 3rd upper or attic floor of the residential and commercial building KLABAUTERMANN with exclusively quiet trade and thrones with it practically like a small house over the entire Baltic Resort! Also for an extended family or two couples/small families who are on holiday together, but would like to live separately, this apartment is perfectly suited in connection with the somewhat smaller 50 sqm large 2-room harbour apartment "REEDERs NEST": In the same house, situated only on two different floors, these two apartments in a double pack together offer space for up to 8 people, but also the necessary distance!
Excursion and shopping possibilities, restaurants, shops etc. are best in Kappeln an der Schlei, 7 km away, the infrastructure in Port Olpenitz regarding gastronomy, marina etc. is not yet finished, and the harbour mile itself is only in the making. However, an excellently equipped holiday apartment in a fascinating location at fair introductory prices awaits you NOW...
In 2021/200 the marina is to be expanded and more shops, cafés and restaurants are to be opened. The first shops and a large EDEKA supermarket with upscale gastronomy are already located in the harbour mile.
The public "Weidefelder Strand" is directly connected to the Port Olpenitz area in the south, is free of visitor's tax, 3 km long and of good sand quality. There is also a small beach restaurant.
