Das Haus liegt ruhig oben auf einem Berg. Spektakulärer Ausblick auf die Bucht von Sant Antoni. Man hört und sieht keine Nachbarn. Allerdings sind nur die Schlafzimmer mit einer nachträglich angebrachten Klimaanlage ausgestattet, der Rest des Hauses nicht. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es 2 Deckenventilatoren.
Klimatisierung könnte modernisiert werden. Matratzen sind für uns teilweise zu weich gewesen.
