The Solluna holiday home is located on a 1,500 m² plot just a few hundred metres from the centre of Son Servera and is particularly suitable for family holidays.
The 2-storey holiday home offers a cosy living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and 3 with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people (it is possible to accommodate 2 extra kids).
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.
Whether on the loggia with lounge furniture, a barbecue and a dining area or in the 32 m² private pool - the worries of everyday life are quickly forgotten here.
Surrounded by a lush green lawn and Mediterranean vegetation, you can relax comfortably on the sun loungers! Enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains and the surroundings.
A pharmacy as well as a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in 1.3 km or 3 minutes by car and the nearest beach, Cala Bona, is 3.74 km away.

Gastgeber sehr sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und Aussicht. Der Pool, die Außenanlage und das Haus im allgemeinen war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Leider keine Klimaanlage:
Trotz Ventilatoren war es leider sehr sehr warm vor allem in den oberen Etagen.
Einrichtung ist ziemlich alt, Betten unten teils hart.
Hühner, Hähne, Esel und Hunde in der direkten Umgebung, die teils laut waren (uns hat es jedoch nicht gestört und man hat sich dran gewöhnt)

Der Gastgeber Pablo ist super freundlich, hat alles am Haus kurz erklärt und angeboten, dass wir uns während des Aufenthaltes mit allen Anliegen und Fragen gerne an ihn wenden sollen.

Man könnte über eine Klimatisierung des Hauses nachdenken. Wobei wir jetzt Ende Juni bald 40 Grad hatten, viel wärmer wird es ja Juli und August auch nicht mehr werden von daher wird es da auch gehen. Wahrscheinlich wäre das Haus klimatisiert aber auch wesentlich teurer in der Miete.
