This villa is situated in Geremeas, a 40-minute drive from Cagliari and has a beautiful garden with mediterranean plants. The holiday home has a cosy living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. The child-friendly cottage also has Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a television, a baby cot and a highchair. In the spacious outdoor area you will find a Mediterranean garden with sea views, which promises relaxing holidays in the fresh air. There are also 3 terraces with comfortable balcony furniture, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a meal together. Grill local specialities and end the evening with your loved ones. You will find a small selection of restaurants after 5 minutes by car. In 300 m you also reach a supermarket (with warm food to take away) and a diving centre. On the beach there is a bar where you can also rent umbrellas and sun chairs. Moreover, there is a tennis court in the residence which can be used by the residents for a small fee. A playground is available free of charge. The centre of Cagliari, with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
