Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday apartment Erisa boasts a fantastic location in the popular destination of Torremolinos along Costa del Sol and offers a large, breathtaking rooftop terrace. Situated on the top floor of the residential building, the apartment in charming decoration consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a rustic, stone archway, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a television, a baby cot (upon request; the sheets are not included), a highchair and a barbecue (upon request). From the living room and one of the bedrooms, you have access to a furnished rooftop terrace, which stretches across almost 40 m2, where you can enjoy delicious meals together in the fresh air. In the communal area of the residential complex, you can additionally refresh yourself on warm afternoons in the pool or outdoor showers and stroll through the lush garden. Due to its exceptional location, a fantastic variety of shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are just beyond your front door. Additionally, popular leisure activities of Benalmádena are within a short walk, including the popular shopping area of Puerto Marina (750 m) and Sea Life Benalmádena (1 km). Selwo Marina is 2.8 km away. The famous beach of Playa de la Carihuela, with its gorgeous, golden sand, is furthermore only 550 m or a 7-minute walk from the apartment. Here you can listen to the calming sound of the glittering waves and experience firsthand the natural beauty of Costa del Sol.

There are free parking spaces in the residential complex but they are available based on a first come, first serve basis. There is a lift on the property. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed - please note that pets should be well-behaved and must be on a leash in the communal areas. Please respect the resting times and the neighbors. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
