Acqua Marina is a 70 m² apartment located in Punta Molara (San Teodoro), surrounded by nature and just steps from the sea and the most beautiful beaches of Gallura.
It’s the perfect choice for couples or small groups who want to experience the Costa Gallurese while enjoying a peaceful, well-located base. The apartment is on the ground floor and features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds that can be joined—a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The private garden and covered veranda with a pool view offer an exclusive outdoor space, ideal for evenings outside. Air conditioning ensures comfort on the hottest days.
WiFi is available; the signal is strongest outside and may be weaker indoors.
TV with cable and satellite channels is included. As in many areas of Sardinia, we recommend using bottled water for drinking; tap water is suitable for personal hygiene and cooking. Parking is available on the property with one parking space. Electricity consumption is the guest's responsibility and is mandatory.
The amount is available for an extra fee and must be paid at check-in. To ensure maximum comfort for all our guests, bed linen and towels are required for your stay.

Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gäbe, wären etwas mehr Besteck und Gläser schön.

Apparemment correspondant parfaitement à la description. Hôte réactif et bienveillant. Emplacement pratique pour visiter en rayonnant dans le quart nord est de la Sardaigne. Très nombreuses plages idylliques à proximité. Manque un lave vaisselle dans la location et une vaisselle un peu plus étoffée.

Die Wohnung hatte einen wunderschönen Pool, einen sensationellen, grossen Garten und Antonio war jederzeit erreichbar. Die ganze Anlage mit dem Pool und den Pflanzen wurde jeden Tag liebevoll gepflegt. Die Abfallentsorgung war sehr sauber und einfach, da jeden Tag geleert wurde. Mit einem Auto errei...
Punta Molara ist ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert.
