The cosy holiday home Casa La Maddalena is located in the small village Baja Sardinia, which is known for its fantastic viewpoint Phi Beach. The 2-storey holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor. In the basement, you will find another bedroom which is accessible from the garden (with 2 single beds) and one bathroom. The house can therefore accommodate 5 people. It is also equipped with air conditioning and a television. Outside you will find a terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs, a lounge area as well as an adjoining garden with sun loungers. Start the day with a hot cup of coffee, enjoy a tasty meal and end the evening with a glass of wine. A selection of restaurants is 400 m or a 5-minute walk away and a supermarket is also 400 m from the property. The white, sandy beach of the village is a 4-minute walk away and the fantastic viewpoint Phi Beach is 2.5 km or 6 minutes by car from the property.
