Partly renovated in 2018, the holiday home with stylish, modern decoration consists of a light-filled living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds which can be pushed together upon request) as well as one bathroom and 2 half-baths. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (in the living and dining area), fans, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair. From one bedroom, you have access to a spacious balcony with gorgeous views of the harbor and the mountains of Morro Jable. On the dreamlike sun terrace of the apartment, furnished with sun loungers and a dining table, you can share delicious meals with your loved ones and tan under the warm afternoon sun. From this terrace, you have a mesmerizing view not just of the harbor and glittering ocean, but also, with good visibility, of Gran Canaria and the Teide of Tenerife. The harbor here has one of the most famous fish restaurants of the island, called 'La Cofradia', where freshly caught fish are served directly on the plate. Many restaurants, shops, bars, banks and pharmacies are an 8-minute walk (700 m) away in the centre of Morro Jable. The beautiful beach of Playa Matorral is furthermore only 900 m or a 11-minute walk away. Here you can feel the soft, golden sand beneath your feet and smell the fresh ocean breeze.
