Just outside the centre of Garda is the Villetta Iris - a 3-storey holiday home with a beautiful outdoor area. On the ground floor there are a cosy living room and a well-equipped kitchen and on the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds), one bathroom and one half bath. Moreover, accessed via a staircase on the outside, there is an additional living room with a sofa bed in the basement as well as one bathroom. The house can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. It is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and the two bedrooms and a television. Surrounded by high hedges, the garden provides an extra high level of privacy. On the upper floor you will also find a furnished balcony where you can enjoy delicious meals and end the evening with a glass of wine. The centre of Garda with a variety of shops, restaurants and bars is 850 m or an 11-minute walk away and a supermarket is just 350 m (or a 4-minute walk) away from the property. The beach on the outskirts of Garda promises relaxing holidays under the warm sun and is 2 km or a 5-minute drive away by car.

A garage is available for your car. Pets are allowed (upon request, for an extra charge). Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra charge.
