On the outskirts of the picturesque municipality of Llucmajor, the spectacular Finca Buniferri combines traditional Mallorcan country house style with modern features.
The 280 m² Finca offers a comfortable living room, a dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 of them with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, cable TV, a baby cot and a high chair.
The utter highlight of the 1,000 m² property is the outdoor area, which is surrounded by a green hedge and impresses guests with its Mediterranean charm.
Prepare delicious meals in the barbecue area, relax on the outdoor beanbags on the patio or enjoy a delicious aperitif under the shade of the pergola.
The pool also invites you to refresh yourself on hot summer days while the loungers invite you to read a good book or sunbathe.
Due to its good road connections and ideal location, the ‘finca’ is only 2.5 km away from and yet it guarantees a high degree of privacy.
There you will find a selection of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés. The southern extension of the famous, sandy beach Playa de Palma is 15 km away.
Stroll along the white beach and spend unforgettable days in a Mediterranean holiday atmosphere. Parking is available on the property.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
The property is located in a residential zone.
Parties or events are not allowed. License number: ETV5992, Name: Finca Buniferri

Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out.
