The historic building dates back to 1900 and was lovingly renovated in 2016 by the current owners while preserving historic details. The flat is furnished with high-quality parquet flooring and has a spacious living-dining room with a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. A selection of restaurants, cafés and bars as well as a supermarket are within walking distance. The lido Übersee is 4.8 km away. Here you will also find a wonderful beach bar with a soft sandy beach and delicious food and drink stands. Take a trip to the Hochplattenbahn in Marquartstein (11 km), where you can admire a fantastic panoramic view from the summit.
