In a wonderful country house with beautiful surroundings and a view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Morgenrot, which stretches over 2 storeys, impresses guests with its excellent location and beautiful decor.
The apartment with its characteristic wooden ceilings consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, which is located in the attic) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, satellite television as well as board games.
Providing a baby cot, a highchair, toys and books, the property is also suitable for children.
Furthermore, the apartment also offers many shared facilities such as a garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, table tennis as well as a wood stove.

Mitten im Grünen, fernab vom Autoverkehr. Einfach wunderschön. Mit nur 2 Wohnungen ist es auch wirklich still dort oben auf der Kuppe und deshalb für Ruhesuchende ideal.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung gemütlich mit viel Holz eingerichtet, ums Haus herum überall Blumen.

Unser Urlaub im Tölzer Land war in jeder Hinsicht wunderbar. Die Ferienwohnung bietet nicht nur ein traumhafte Aussicht, sie ist auch sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet, es mangelt an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und unkompliziert- wir waren rundum zufrieden, auch mit dem Wetter.
