The holiday home “Villa Felicity primera planta”, which is embedded in a fantastic, Mediterranean garden, is located in a quiet area in Vélez-Málaga and impresses guests with its vibrant design and beautiful outdoor area. The ground floor property belongs to a 2-storey house, however the upper floor is not available to rent. The house is located in the Axarquía area with a subtropical climate and boasts a sea and mountain view. Furthermore, the property consists of a living room/dining with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with an additional dining table, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms in the house and one bathroom outside and can therefore accommodate 11 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a fireplace and a television. A baby cot and a highchair can be provided upon request (please contact the homeowner before arrival). The house also boasts a wonderful, private outdoor area with a balcony, a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a pool, a jacuzzi, a table tennis table as well as an on site playground. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the furnished terrace while you admire the wonderful surroundings and beautiful mango trees. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers by the pool and refresh yourself on warm summer days in the water. The house is located near the highway and in a 13-minute drive away (11 km) in the coastal town Torre del Mar you will find a selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearest supermarket is located a 10-minute drive away (6.1 km). The popular tourist destination Málaga can be reached in 30 minutes by car (27 km) while the beautiful seaside resort Nerja is a 24-minute drive away (32 km). Playa Benajarafe beach awaits your visit just a 5-minute drive from the property where you can sunbathe on the soft sand and swim in the deep blue sea.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed (a maximum of 2). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The property can also be rented for events for an extra charge; if interested, please contact us in advance, before booking is made. The property is located in a 2 storey house.

Please note that the owner will enter daily to do the maintenance of both the pool and the garden. This is done in the early morning so guests will not be disturbed.
