There is a swing and a trampoline available.
The view of green meadows and snow-capped peaks will allow you to relax after long trekking tours and hiking excursions.
You will find a selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés within 6 km (an 11-minute drive). The nearest village is St. Martin in Passeier, 10 km down the valley.
The village of Saltaus is about 2 km and Merano about 12 km away.
A bicycle rental and a bus stop are about 2 km from the property. Parking spaces are available on the property.
