The beautiful, east-facing apartment “Sunrise” is located in Maiorca and boasts stunning surroundings and a view of the sea. In the early hours of the morning you can enjoy the sunrise that illuminates the sky with colors that fade from pink to pale orange and yellow and watch how the sea sparkles. The surrounding countryside wakes up together to the sound of birds chirping and dew shining and it is a sight not to be missed for those who enjoy getting up early. The charming property consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include fans, air conditioning, a washing machine and satellite television. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private balcony as well as a private covered terrace. Relax here with a hot cup of coffee while you overlook the rolling hills and the sea upon the horizon. A 6-minute drive away in the centre of Budoni, you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. During the summer, Budoni offers animations and shows of all kinds. There is a theater with a library and a square where concerts are held. Also, there is a craft market and stalls with typical products, every night in the main street. There are several discos with DJs in the area, which are very popular among teenagers. In the village there are 5 supermarkets, 2 banks, a post office, 2 pharmacies, fishmongers, butchers as well as various shops, from clothing to homeware and Sardinian handmade crafts. There is also a free shuttle service, which provides a runs from all villages, which make up the town of Budoni, to the main beaches. Spiaggia di Budoni beach awaits your visit just a 10-minute drive away (5.8 km), but you can also visit other nearby beaches such as Cala Brandinchi (20 minutes by car), Capo Coda Cavallo (15 minutes driving) or San Teodoro (15 minutes driving). Golf enthusiasts can also play their favourite sport at one of the golf courses at Puntaldia (25 minutes driving). Costa Smeralda and Porto Cervo with its famous VIP square, as well as Porto Rotondo are at less than an hour by car from the property. The port and the airport are at about a 30-minute drive away.
