Just a short walk from the white sandy beach in Torre di Bari, on the eastern coast of Sardinia, the holiday apartment “Casa Sa Marina” boasts a fabulous location. Located on the ground floor, the charming apartment consists of a living/dining room with a cosy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen (located downstairs and with independent entrance and windows), 3 bedrooms (one with one bunk bed and one with a double bed which can be made into 2 single beds, one with a double bed) as well as one bathroom. The apartment can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include fans, a television and a baby cot. Outside you will find a large, covered terrace with a lounge area where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the mild evenings. You furthermore have a private garden with lush vegetation. A few restaurants and supermarkets are a 7-minute walk or 800 m from the property. You can also reach a wide variety of shops, eateries and bar in the centres of Tortolì and Arbatax in about 20 minutes driving (or 14 km). For nature enthusiasts, a great area for hiking, mountain biking and climbing is just about 30 minutes driving or 23 km away. Finally, a historic tower as well as the sand of the long, beautiful beach Spiaggia della Torre di Bari is only 250 m or a 3-minute walk away.
