The apartment "App. Sauvignon" is located in the residence "Haus Gregori" in Kaltern. The modern apartment with a premium natural wood interior and mountain view consists of a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (2 with king-size beds and one with a sofa bed) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and 2 TV sets with satellite and cable TV. A baby bed (€10 per day) and a high chair (€5 per day) are available upon request at an extra charge. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and an iron in a laundry room, which can be used for free. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private garden where you can relax with a good book and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. In the communal area you will also find a pool and gym equipment. The highlight of this property is definitely the sauna and jacuzzi, which are located on the roof terrace. Here you can also relax on the comfortable furniture with a glass of wine in your hand and admire the wonderful view. Within a 5-minute walk you will reach restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets. Public transport is also located in the immediate vicinity and the centre of Bolzano is a 27-minute drive away (16.1 km).

Parking spaces and a garage are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pool is usually open between easter and October depending on the weather. There is a garage and a room to store your bikes, which both are monitored by CCTV. Breakfast is available from Monday - Saturday and costs €18 for adults and €9 for children (for free for children under 5). It is possible to rent e-bikes at the property (22 € for half a day).
