It is also a short walk from the Avenida de las Playas promenade, which offers a wide range of leisure activities within 6 km. The villa, bordered by a garden with typical vegetation, consists of a spacious and comfortable living room with a folding bed (for 2 people: 1.35 m), a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a dining room, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and both with air conditioning) as well as 2 bathrooms, and can therefore accommodate up to 6 people. Additional services include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine and cable TV. In its outdoor area you will find a garden, a terrace, a swimming pool with air conditioning, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
