Additional amenities include air conditioning, a television, an extra mattress, and a baby cot (upon request). Outside you will find your private terrace with a dining table and an electric grill to prepare fresh meals. In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex you will find a pool (open from May to September) as well as a large garden. Next to the property you will find a public playground and the shopping mall Vistahermosa, with shops, restaurants and bars, is just one-minute walking from the property. Several beautiful beaches, including the sandy beach Playa de la Muralla, are about 3 km or a 5-minute drive from the property.

One parking space is available on the property and street parking is permitted. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
