In a sunny location above the village of Feldthurns, the house “Rafaser Appartments” is situated 950 m above sea level and offers a beautiful panoramic view over the Eisack valley between Klausen and Brixen and of the mountains.
The east-facing apartment Albina has its entrance on the west side of the ground floor and is easily accessible for wheelchair users and children’s prams.
Furthermore, the apartment consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom (with a queen size bed and a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair.
The apartment also boasts a private balcony from where you can enjoy beautiful views, and a shared outdoor area with a garden, a barbecue and a table tennis table.
Firewood is also available.
In front of the apartment, you will find a small pool and a field where children of all ages can play.
A bakery is located a 13-minute walk away (1 km), a bar is a 16-minute walk away (1.3 km) and a restaurant is a 22-minute walk away (1.7 km).
A supermarket can also be reached on foot in 13 minutes (1.1 km).
This is the perfect accommodation for ski and hiking enthusiasts as in the area you will find many hiking trails and the Plose ski resort is 30 minutes away driving (19.7 km).
