The charming 2-storey holiday home “Sweet House Pula” in southern Sardinia is situated in Perd’e Sali, between Pula and Sarroch, and is very close to the beach.

The house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with one single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.

The private outdoor area with direct view on the Mediterranean sea impresses with both an open and covered terrace and a stone barbecue to cook your own meals.

Only a 7-minute walk (600 m) down the stairs and across a few streets, you will find the beach Portu Columbu.

Many supermarkets and restaurants are located in Pula, a 6-minute drive (3.3 km) from the house, but there is a pizzeria 1.3 km (15 minutes on foot) away by the marina.

A 15-minute drive (10.5 km) west of Perd’e Sali, the terrific golf course of Is Molas invites you spend an afternoon on the green. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Pets are not allowed. There is a babysitting service for a fee, as well as other additional services offered by the homeowner.
