The barrier-free apartment consists of a living/dining area (with a sofa bed for 2 persons), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 persons.
Furthermore Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washing machine and dryer, as well as a baby bed, a cot and a high chair are part of the amenities.
The two single beds have a special system and mattress, so that they can be joined together.

The apartment also features a garden shared with the house and a private, furnished and covered terrace with a barbecue.

In addition, a ping pong table, a billiard table, a table football and a dartboard are available in the common room for your entertainment.
Right next to the apartment is the Molinero restaurant, which is run by the home owners; breakfast can also be served here.
Location & surroundings
The modern holiday apartment "Hachicht" with a fantastic view of the mountains is located in the quiet Mühlbachl and is ideally located to explore the area.
The nearest supermarket is 1.2 km away from the property (3 minutes by car).
The apartment is also an excellent starting point for excursions within Tyrol. It is located directly at the protected landscape area "Serles - Habicht - Zuckerhütl", here you can go hiking or pilgrimage to the Sanctuary Maria Waldrast (4,4 km).
In winter, several ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. The nearby Ski areas are: "Bergel alm" 5 Km (small and family-owned), "Serler Bahnen" 10 Km. The "Serler Bahnen" has also got a Sommerrodelbahn/ Summer toboggan run.
A day trip to Innsbruck is also worthwhile, the city is reached in only 28 minutes by car (23 km).
A Ski bus is free of charge and departs 500m away from the property.

- On request, the homeowner may offer to drive guests to the Ski lifts directly but, this must be organized on-site and is not always available.
- Parking spaces are available on the property.

Helmut sehr nett!!! Wohnung und Betten top! Gewürze, Töpfe, Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine, Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, alles da! Man kann auch Waschmaschine und Trockner gegen eine Gebühr nutzen, echt toll!
Das der Blick nach hinten raus war.
Das Sofa war für uns zu weich, da wir schon älter sind, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.

Il manque quelques couverts, une grande poêle.... C'est un peu juste pour 4
Il faudrait noter l'endroit où se trouve la machine à laver et indiquer que c'est payant sur la location.ainsi que la salle de jeux
