Charming Villa "Giannas Place Geremeas" with Large Garden, Terrace and Beach within Walking Distance; Parking Available, Pets Allowed

In the town of Geremeasyou can find this independent villa with 5 beds located in the residential complex "Geremeas due", which is a private and guarded village of 103 cottages. The house is characterized by a well-kept garden on three sides with large relaxation and sunbathing areas in total privacy, veranda with dining table and sitting area, patio with deck chairs, barbecue, sun shower and laundry area. The house has an entrance hall, a living room with a kitchenette (fridge, freezer, 4 gas burners, microwave, American coffee machine, moka, crockery, cutlery, glasses, table linen, pots and pans, set of sheets for each bed and towels), one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds plus a third bed, a bathroom with a shower as well as a fireplace.Additional amenities include air conditioning, an ironing board with an iron and a vacuum cleaner, a washing machine, a clothesline, a hair dryer and a flat screen TV with a Sat decoder. The whole house is equipped with mosquito nets and awnings. Enjoy the sun in your outside area with a veranda, a patio, a barbecue and an outdoor solar shower. There is the possibility to park more than two cars in the garden; alternatively there is a condominium car park just a few steps from the house. In the immediate vicinity there are 3 markets (one in the adjacent village within walking distance), tobacco and newspapers, restaurants/pizzerias, a pharmacy, a church, sports fields and a playground. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beach of "Mari pintau" (painted sea) and "Torre delle stelle". In just over 15 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of "Villasimius" and "Costa Rei". Characterized by white sand, very fine and very soft to the touch, the beach has a sea color between emerald green and turquoise, with a shallow and sandy seabed. The presence of posidonias is scarce, it is on average crowded in the summer months and quite sheltered from the wind. Behind the beach runs the Rio Geremeas, which gives its name to the whole place, and in summer it is reduced to a small stretch of water with the presence of ducks. On the beach there are some establishments where you can rent beach umbrellas, sun beds, pedal boats and canoes. There is a small boat storage area and numerous refreshment points and kiosks. The sea can be reached by foot or by bicycle in a few minutes (about 4-5) with a flat path and through a grove of trees.
If you want to reach the town of Cagliari and/or Villasimius you can take the bus Arst whose stop is outside the village.

An interesting fact is that on the beach of Geremeas there was the first historical egg laying on a beach in Sardinia by a sea turtle of the species Caretta Caretta which is a very rare and exceptional event!
