The 120 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with a bunk bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a lift, air conditioning and a television. A baby cot and a highchair can be provided upon request. The private covered terrace invites you to have breakfast with your friends or family, and the communal area boasts an open terrace area as well as a swimming pool and a children’s pool, surrounded by greenery. Here you can relax and enjoy the Andalusian sun while your children can romp around the playground. Within the estate, you will find a gym, which can be used free of charge, and the nearest supermarket is located a 5-minute drive (2.9 km) away, whereas a restaurant can already be reached after a 5-minute walk (450 m).
