The light-flooded attic apartment with high-quality equipment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area, one bedroom as well as one bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a separate toilet. Therefore, the apartment can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite and cable television, a children's bed and a highchair. From the apartment, you will have a great view onto the surrounding mountains and the lake. The lovely 3000 m² garden is shared with the 3 other apartments of the residence and boasts a fish pond, table tennis and a playground as well as a paddling pool for children. The shared outdoor dining area invites you to spend the evenings with tasty barbecued meats or fresh fish. Only a 6-minute walk (600 m) away along a footpath, you will get to the residence’s private beach, where you can lie in the sun and take refreshing swims in the lake while enjoying the wonderful mountain panorama. The nearest supermarket and a restaurant serving local dishes can be found a 3-minute drive (2.1 km) in Taching am See. Waging am See, a quaint town on the Waginger See with many cafés and restaurants, is located a 10-minute drive (6.2 km) from the apartment. Furthermore, Mozart’s native town Salzburg can be reached after a 40-minute drive (37 km), and the famous lake Chiemsee is a 25-minute drive (25 km) west of Mauerham.
