The beautiful holiday home consists of a living room with a sofa-bed (1,60 x 2), a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 2) and one bathroom, so it can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning and a 55’’ TV with Netflix and satellite and cable television. The apartment boasts a nice private terrace where you can start the day with a wholesome breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine with views over the sea. In the common outdoor area you will find a garden and a shared pool with outdoor showers, ideal to cool off in warm summer days. Due to its excellent location you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes just 2-5 minutes walking from the property. Also, the closest beach is Playa de la Carihuela, which is just 200m from the property. Here you will find many beach bars, such as “Chiringuito Balú Beach” (a 5-minute walk from the apartment).
