Fantastic stay, we were a large multi-generational group and we arrived during a heat wave. Thank goodness for outstanding AC in the entire unit. Leider war Frau Paola nicht da . Wir wurden kaum begrüßt. Niemand gab uns Auskunft zB wo man eine Bäckerei findet für das Frühstück. Keiner hat uns gefragt ob wir etwas brauchen. Wir waren schon oft am gardasee- dadurch fanden wir uns zurecht. Gäste die noch nie da waren sind echt alleine gelassen.
Schade - Sonst war es sehr schön.
