The well-equipped one-room apartment belongs to "Haus Kees" and is located in a quiet residential area of Kressbronn, which is known for its fruit-growing, and is only a few minutes' walk from the lakeside.

The 25 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living/bedroom, a separate mini-kitchen with microwave, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment. After the mini-kitchen there is a lockable wet room (shower, washbasin and WC). Other amenities include WLAN, and cable TV.

The wide window front offers a wonderful view of Lake Constance and the Austrian and Swiss mountains.

The apartment has a small covered terrace on the ground floor with access to the garden, where you can relax under the shady willow.

A supermarket is 12 minutes walk (1 km) away, a pharmacy 5 minutes walk (500 m), and a bakery, cafés and restaurants are within 7 minutes walk (650 m). The train station of the village is 400 m or 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The landing stage next to the "Seegarten" is about 10 minutes on foot (1.2 km) away.

The largest natural beach resort on Lake Constance is located in Kressbronn (distance 1.5 km)

The famous exhibition and university city of Friedrichshafen with its interesting museums (Zeppelin, Dornier) can be reached by train in 17 minutes (14.5 km), and the island of Lindau can be visited after a 19 minute train ride (11 km). In addition, after a 30-minute drive (31 km) by car, you will reach Bregenz across the Austrian border, where you can experience the architecture worth seeing and the diverse cultural offerings (lake stage).

The Antoniuskapelle in Selmnau (Bavarian neighbouring village) can be reached on foot in 30 minutes. From there you have a fantastic panoramic view of the German, Austrian and Swiss shores of Lake Constance.

Directly in front of our door the hiking and biking trails into the picturesque Kressbronn hinterland with its small, idyllic lakes (Schleinsee, Degersee) and numerous orchards and hop gardens begin.
