Quiet Holiday Apartment Next to the Ocean with Terrace, Shared Pool, Air Conditioning & Wi-Fi

This cozy apartment is located in a very quiet area in Torrox, a coastal town in the Andalusian coast, and impresses guests with its excellent location near the sea. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed), as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living room), fans (in all the bedrooms), satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both available under request). The apartment boasts a private terrace where you can start your day with a warm cup of coffee. There is also a shared outdoor area with a garden, a children's pool and a pool (both open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September) where you can swim and relax in warm summer days. Due to its excellent location you will find shops, restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance (500m-1km; 5-12 minutes walking), while the closest beach, Playa del Peñoncillo, is just 700m away (9 minutes walking); in fact, you can see the sea from the shared garden of the property. The charming city of Málaga, which is worth a visit, and its international airport are 40 minutes driving from the apartment (36km).

The property has a garage available (space for 1 car), but you can also park in the street.
Pets are allowed under request (max. 2 medium size pets).
There is also one parasol that you can take to the beach with you.
It is forbidden to grill in the residential area where the apartment is located.
