Located in a rural complex “Possessio Sa Barrala” in Campos, this property is made up of 5 holiday homes. The spacious holiday home Duplex is nestled within Mediterranean greenery and, with its exposed wooden beams and beautiful decor, boasts rustic charm. The property consists of a living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds for one person each and 2 single beds, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a television. A highchair, a children’s bed and a baby cot are also available upon request. The holiday home impresses guests with its private outdoor area which is beautifully dotted with plants and consists of a garden and terraces (open and covered) and a barbecue. There is also a shared outdoor area available for your use which offers a pool (restored from an old water reserve, preserving the Mallorquin essence) and an outdoor shower. In approximately 10 minutes driving you will reach the centre of Campos with shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets. The expansive property is around 200 hectares with 700 m of coast. From the property you have a private road to Es Trenc beach (a 30-minute walk or 8-minute drive away). At the end of this private road the homeowners have a small house called Es Refugi where you can have picnics and use the bathroom and shower. Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport can be reached by car in just 35 minutes (41.5 km).
Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed.
