The village of Tisens (Italian: Tesimo) is idyllically situated in the Adige Valley between Bolzano and Merano on a sun-drenched hill and is a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.
Embedded between a beautiful garden and the towering mountains is the apartment building Schlosserhaus, which perfectly combines modern architecture with the alpine style, with the 54 m2 holiday apartment "Oma Luisa - Schlosserhaus 31" on the first floor.
The modern and comfortably furnished apartment has a living room with dining area and a sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchenette with stove, coffee machine, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer, a bedroom with an electrically height-adjustable box spring bed in queen size and a very tasteful bathroom with washstand and extra-large walk-in shower and a separate toilet and offers space for 4 persons.
The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a television with cable and satellite reception, underfloor heating and a high chair for children.
Outside there is a nice, large balcony at your disposal.
The view into the mountains is indescribably beautiful and lets you forget the hectic pace of everyday life quickly.
In addition, the neighbouring Residence Kronstein has a communal garden with loungers, barbecue and garden furniture, as well as a communal laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The communal facilities of Residence Kronstein are freely available to guests of the Schlosserhaus.
Sporting activities such as hiking or cycling start right at your front door.
There is also a supermarket and several restaurants on site (within 250 m or 3-minute walk).

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und hat u.a. eine traumhafte Dusche!!! Das ganze Haus hat ein sehr stylisches Ambiente!
Die sehr große überdachte Terrasse lädt auch bei Regenwetter zum Draußensitzen ein!
